UNP Viking Armors

Author: m0ckin9bird | Posted: 23rd August 2015 | Posted in: m0ckin9bird, Skyrim

UNP Viking Armors are mashups inspired by Vikings outfits from the TV show. Only size 0, not craftable or enchantable at the moment. Nether does it have BBP/TBBP Support.

Maybe some clipping depending on the gloves, boots or animations. Not all the items are named correctly yet like VKsomething.

Includes: First Raid armor, Settlement dresses (spring, autumn and summer) and Porunn armor variations.

As I cannot model myself I have to rely in others work and my little knowledge on 3D Max and NFK. Credit go for the original authors. I´m working on a full list but I think all of you guys know who made these pieces already.

For those who have problems finding some pieces, I recommend using the AddItemMenu mod found on nexus.

NMM or MO: Overwrite(not replace) with my files.

Manual: Open the file with your favorite archive manager(Winrar,7zip,etc.). Extract the content to your Skyrim/data folder.

NMM or MO: Reverse the installation process.

Manual: Delete the files you added, check the archive to know which ones.

Could you explain to me how to make the KeiraBelt part work with rings from Immersive Jewelry which use the same slot (slot 44). I love the chainmail vest with the carved pants and the thigh belt – but I also love the left-hand cabochon diamond ring from IJ – which uses the same slot.

Is there an easy way to make them work together so they both show?

there are no Boots in this Set?

  • Sioux says:

    Great armors pack.
But i have a question : by typing “help VK”, I didn’t find the Astrid armor mentioned here:
Has it been added to the pack (under what name?) where do we wait for a next update?

    • Sioux says:

“… or do we wait for a next update”. Sorry for the bad translation, i’m french

  • Freya says:

Where do you find the armors in game?

  • 啊啊啊啊啊啊啊 says:

    Thank you very much!

  • Stefan says:

i’m curious which mods you use to get such beautiful women like the blonde one?

  • Pheade says:

Perhaps I’m doing something wrong, but this file only contains a .bsa?

    • Pheade says:

Also, it’s tagged as corrupted, as the previous poster has said.

    • Robton Robton says:

No, it shoulc be a .bsa AND a .esp file. I haven’t touched the mod since the author made it, but I just reuploaded it, so check if it works better now. It’s still a weird issue since it seems to work for me and others.

    • Pheade says:

The re-up seems to have done the trick!
      Thank you, kind sir!

  • Aigokeros says:

Is there a tutorial/video/ or walkthrough on how to download this?

    • Robton Robton says:

I really thought it was as easy as pressing the big button that says “DOWNLOAD”, I didn’t realize a tutorial was needed for that

  • MisterB1969 says:

Hey there, I wanted to say, I modified your mod , so that the clothes and armor would appear not only in vendor lists but as crafting and temper recipes. Just for myself. If you want , can send you a copy of my work.

    • Skye says:

Hi, I would love to have a copy of your file, please. I’m making my game as immersive as possible and I am very interested in craftable armor options for this mod.

  • MisterB1969 says:

I am sorry if this might be a newb question.. but when i copied the data over to my skyrim game. It wants to replace the Meta file. Is it safe to do so ? Thanks for any replies.

    • EMS says:

Meta files are just the combined mod informations for Mod Organizer about the mod. Si it should do no harm. But normally they should be taken out by the mod authors. Just kick the file out by yourself.

    • Robton Robton says:

Yeah, they don’t matter at all, feel free to delete that file if you want

    • MisterB1969 says:

Thanks! Lovely outfit, definetly staying in my load order. :)

  • Toto says:

I really love the summer settlement dress, but when I am wearing it in first person, my arms have the vanilla fine clothes on. It really sucks, is there any way to fix it?

    • EMS says:

She forgot to implement the 1stperson view for this dress. So the game takes the 1stperson from the male version which is in case of this dress the Vanilla wedding outfit.
Go into CK and add under ArmorAddon the meshes from 1stpersonvkdress.

    • EMS says:

There also some other faults like wrong 1st person or false arrays. But honestly for me its enough to repair them for myself.
The Mash ups are really beautiful :). Otherwise I wouldn’t throw myself into troubleshooting and cooking up crafting recipes. >.<

  • Samantha says:

When I type help vk only the summer settlement dress and the porunn armor variants show up. The first raid armor and the spring and autumn settlement dresses are missing from the list. I don’t know what to do, please help if you’re able.

    • Robton Robton says:

I suppose you have tried to use the page up and page down keys to navigate the console? If yes, I suggest you try to redownload the mod. And if that fails too, I recommend to use Additemmenu to get items ingame without using the console.

    • payne hollis says:

wonderful. you do fantastic work! Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for all you put into the community. /bow

  • Aethalyn says:

So you can’t enchant these yet? Any idea when that would be possible because dang they are sure gorgeously done!!

  • _johnDo161_ says:

Thank you, this is very cool!

  • Jesse says:

Looking for warfare armor. Any help would be appretiated

  • Phillip Woeste says:

I have tried using the console and Additem menu, I haev tried using help VK, but I get nothing. What should I do?

PS-Should I delete the Meta.ini? if not, do I need to make any tweaks?

    • Robton Robton says:

Honestly it sounds like the plugin isn’t loaded in the game, are you sure it is? and the meta.ini dont serve a purpose, it’s a file generated by Mod Organizer, and I guess m0ckin6bird forgot to remove it. Feel free to delete it.

    • Phillip Woeste says:

Okay, I know it is loaded, but I’ll try redownloading it. Taht might fix it.

    • Robton Robton says:

i’ll try checking it myself later. it’s not my own mod so idk what the problem might be.

Edit: Just tested it myself, it works fine for me.

    • Sounds wonderful! I make my grandmother's warm crab dip recipe and while it's fat laden, all the ingredients are REAL, which is more important to me. Not to mention, the dip is divine ~ there's never a drop left.

  • Phillip Woeste says:

Okay, I have the Esp ticked in the launcher, but they aren’t showing up in-game. Any fixes?

  • Leavhon says:

The armor in the second screenshoot looks like a Witcher armor, expecially the chest. Maybe m0ckin9bird used L0rd0fWar models as basis for that?

  • lui says:

The armours are nice but that title art is really tasteful!! Thanks to both of yous for the hard work!

Will there be any 7B conversions coming or is UNP final?

    • Robton Robton says:

The armors don’t even have weight slider support, so support for other bodies is most likely not on the priorities list quite yet.

    • lui says:

That’s fine, I actually really like the shape they’re at now, doesn’t look as slim as I expected. Also the hand clipping only appears on the dresses, the other armours work perfectly.

Really great mod though, I’m loving every second of it. Rare to find female armours that aren’t skimpy, this is easily one of my favourite armour mods!

  • Elaneith says:

Thank you very much! Great job!

  • Ashlyn says:

Hello! I really love the armor, but if it’s not craftable then where do I get it? I must be missing something, I can be a bit dull sometimes xD

  • Fanho says:

Where can i find the armors?
